Cancellations and Refunds

An order is considered fulfilled (service rendered) after the ordered items/assets have been sent in the game.

Once the service has been rendered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If for any reason an order is not fulfilled within 24 hours, the customer has the right to request a full refund.

If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong item, do not accept the gift in-game. Instead, contact us to arrange an exchange for the correct item.

If you realize you’ve ordered the item for the wrong ID, immediately notify us through the website chat about the mistake. If the order has already been fulfilled and the item sent to the wrong ID, and you do not know the owner of that ID, unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued as the crowns have already been spent. If you know the owner of the ID, you can try to arrange with them to return the gift, and we will resend it to the correct ID.

The gift must be accepted within 14 days from the moment of sending (order fulfillment on the website). Otherwise, it will be deleted for the recipient.

We do not refund money for gifts that were not accepted on time, as stated in section 5.2 of the User Agreement.
