Delivery
👑Crown items are delivered as in-game gifts to the ID specified at the time of order. It is not necessary to be in the game when the order is sent; you can collect the gift later, but it must be claimed within 14 days.
🔑Game keys are delivered to the email address specified at the time of order. If, for any reason, you do not have access to the specified email, please contact our support chat on the website.
🪙Gold and in-game items are delivered via in-game mail to the ID specified at the time of order. It is not necessary to be in the game when the order is sent; you can receive the mail later, but it must be claimed within 30 days.
You can place an order at any time, and we will process it from 9:00 to 21:00 GMT (orders are often fulfilled outside of these hours as well). Orders are completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on demand.
Once your order is completed, you will receive a notification at the email address specified at the time of order.
Please note that orders for crown items, gold, and in-game items are sent precisely according to the details you provide: game ID (not character name!!!) and selected server.
Cancellation of a fulfilled order due to «recipient’s incorrect data» is not possible.
