How Does the Purchase Process Work?
Add the item you want to your cart, proceed to checkout, specify the server and game ID — whether it’s yours or for someone you’re gifting to, make the payment. Afterward, you will receive an email with order details at the provided email address.
What is an ID and Where Can I Find It?
ID is a unique player identifier in the game.
While in the game, open the FRIENDS tab (usually the «Щ» key in the Russian keyboard layout by default).
You will see a list of your friends, with your player ID indicated in the top left corner of the screen (example shown in the screenshot).
Carefully duplicate it into the corresponding field in your order if you are making a purchase for yourself.
If you want to give a gift to someone else, it’s best to confirm their ID with them directly. Alternatively, if they are in your friends list, you can look it up yourself.
If you want to copy the person’s ID exactly, whom you want to give a gift to (for example, to avoid confusing letters like «l» and «I»)
- 1. Right-click on the desired ID in your friends list in the game.
- 2. Select «Send Mail».
- 3. Highlight the ID in the recipient field and copy it using the key combination «Ctrl» + «C».
- 4. Paste the ID into the order form on the website using the key combination «Ctrl» + «V».
