In-game items and gold are sent via in-game mail. Open your in-game mail (default key «E») and accept the mail with the attachment. This must be done within 30 days, otherwise the mail will disappear.
«I’ve been sent a crown item. Where can I find it in the game?»
Crown items are delivered in-game as a gift to the ID specified at the time of order.
Typically, a notification about the gift appears in the middle of the screen. You just need to press the «F» key to view the gift and accept it.
Sometimes, this notification may not appear, or if you accidentally dismiss it, you’ll need to open the Crown Store (default key «,» ), then go to the Gifts Inventory tab (see screenshot below).
In the RECEIVED tab, click on the gift and accept it. If you don’t see the gift in the GIFTS INVENTORY tab, even though you received an order completion email, you need to completely exit the game and log in again.
